Program Manager II, Product Lifecycle Management, Devices and Services

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within consumer hardware or manufacturing. - Experience in managing Engineering Bill of Materials (BOMs), Product Change Management and Product Data Management (PDM) or Master Data Management (MDM). Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in PLM fundamentals, including advanced BOM structuring, end-to-end engineering change management, and the governance of technical product documentation. - Experience working with manufacturing teams (e.g., procurement, planning), hardware engineers, and contract manufacturers to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) BOMs from early-stage through mass production (MP) and sustaining. - Proficiency in enterprise PLM platforms, including Siemens teamcenter. - Ability to influence stakeholders and executive leadership across global, decentralized teams to align on process standards and data governance, with excellent cross-functional diplomacy skills.
