Job Description What’s the role?: We’re seeking a high-performing Operations & Waste Services Manager to lead multi-site delivery for a key national account. This role blends operational leadership with sustainability expertise — overseeing site performance while driving compliant, efficient, and innovative waste services. You’ll ensure EPA and regulatory compliance, manage contractor performance, conduct audits, and turn data into actionable insights that improve safety, cost, and service outcomes. You’ll own day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring delivery against budgets, SLAs, and contractual obligations , while building strong client relationships and driving consistent service standards. You’ll also support commercial performance , identifying efficiencies and contributing to growth opportunities across the account. A strong safety mindset is critical — you’ll actively champion HSE standards, lead risk management, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
