Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: SECRET: Required Education: MA/MS degree. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Required Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. With a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise. Desired Experience: Experience in program management, accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management. Functional Description: Tekla Research requires a Senior Program Analyst familiar with all aspects of a product’s build and program execution including responsibility for the schedule and technical performance.
