Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic App Growth & Acquisition Specialist to join our Digital Cross‑Functional Projects Squad within the Growth / Digital Acquisition area. The responsibility of this team is to accelerate digital acquisition and drive scalable growth initiatives across channels, with a strong focus on in‑app strategies, while contributing to transformational digital projects that evolve ING’s customer acquisition capabilities. Our way of working is agile, data‑driven and highly collaborative , coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
