Assistant Managers learn how to run a successful high-volume carwash and are the next in line for our Manager positions. Responsibilities and Duties: - Management – Our Assistant Managers help run our locations with our Site Managers and ensure a Clean, Fast, Fun operation for both staff and customers. Responsibilities include schedule setting, reporting, customer relations, staff coaching, and cash management. - Customer Advisor and Sales: Ensure your cashiers Dazzle the customer and advise them on the best services and products for cleaning and maintaining vehicles.
