Company Description The Guest Experience Pastor ensures an exceptional, seamless, and consistent experience for every guest—from street to seat. The Guest Experience Pastor leads all aspects of the weekend guest experience, oversees volunteer teams, executes campus events, and helps support the campus with pastoral care needs.
