___________________________________ The Facilities Supervisor (FacSup) is responsible for providing a variety of facility services and oversight along with delivering excellent customer service. The FacSup efficiently manages multiple technicians and projects within their portfolio. Additionally, the FacSup maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with best practices, regulations and laws. The Facilities Supervisor role is integral to the success of our company by supporting Restaurant Operations across our Corporate portfolio with direction from leadership. Essential Functions: Responsible for supervising multiple Facilities Technicians, as designated by market size. Manage technician territory and responsibilities for efficiency. Manages and oversees technician workload at assigned sites and within CMMS platform (i.e., work scope, status, cost, labor, parts, quotes, replacement needs, etc.). Approve Technician timecards, credit card purchases, supply and stock purchases, etc. Train, coach and develop Facilities Tehnicians to achieve a high quality and level of service.
