Job Description Summary In this position, you will lead a team responsible for the overall planning and material flow for the manufacturing of nuclear fuel for commercial nuclear power reactors. You will provide guidance and support to individual area leaders in the Fuel Manufacturing Operation (FMO) and Fuel Components Operation (FCO) plants. This role will also lead the fuel manufacturing ERP system transition to the Oracle ASCP. Job Description: Responsibilities include: Lead the material planning team. Ensure team members are provided adequate training, resources and support to assure safe and compliant manufacturing practices in a nuclear regulated environment Support manufacturing leaders in the strategic planning of production, staffing, equipment and other resources Be the subject matter expert on production planning including ERP and other planning systems Select, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and direction of assigned personnel Be responsible for developing a robust production schedule requirements Work with manufacturing engineering, manufacturing quality, other support functions and manufacturing leadership to provide production planning leadership.
