Job description

Due to internal growth opportunities, we are looking for a Nordic Finance Business Partner. The Nordics Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving profitable, predictable growth across the Nordic Electrical Retail Trade (ERT) channel. The role acts as the financial conscience and strategic sparring partner for ERT leadership, ensuring transparency of performance, strengthening commercial decision‑making, and elevating the financial steering excellence across markets. The position ensures the quality of forecasting, budgeting, reporting and profitability steering for ERT, while actively contributing to the Nordic financial transformation agenda: “One source of truth” data pipeline Standardized channel profitability analysis: Automation and simplification of reporting: Key Responsibilities: Drive Net Sales, Product Margin and profitability performance by challenging assumptions, identifying risks/opportunities and recommending actions Lead commercial discussions with ERT team, acting as a proactive financial steering partner.
