Production Laborer

Job description

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: General plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production tasks and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands; report equipment problems identified to management; complete equipment pre-shift and post-shift reports, if applicable; clean work areas; shovel stone from around conveyors; operate small front end loader; water truck, skid steer, and sweeper truck; load material onto customer trucks, replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management. Qualified candidates will have: - A High School Diploma or GED; - 1+ year of raw material loading experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; - willing and able to work rotating shifts; including nights and weekends - ability to learn mechanical equipment operation and maintenance a plus; Hourly Wage Rate- $28.93: Language Skills: - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, an...
