Network Engineer

Job description

The Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving our global infrastructure. The Network Engineer will work with internetworking concepts, security protocols and have the opportunity to perform skills beyond network engineering to include telephony, virtualization, windows administration, etc. What You'll Do: Document new and existing process: Network issue identification and resolution: Fix and Resolve Layer 2/3 Issues Daily log analysis and alert oversight Maintain production network devices and supporting systems Responsible for planning and organizing network & security related projects with architecture and engineering teams. Working with network security components such as firewalls, VPN, F5 load balancers, IPS/IDS on an ongoing duties. Daily operation tasks using configuration management and/or diagnostic tools, monitoring applications and performance analysis tools Work with distributed, sophisticated enterprise deployments including: multi-tiered environments, virtualization technologies, operating systems, routing, monitoring, storage connectivity, resource management, backups, network security Ongoing configuring, testing, fixing issues on platforms like...
