Overview MSA is seeking a Project Engineer Water to join our team at any of our WI, MN, IA, or IL office locations! This position will be engaged in preparation of studies and design plans for water resources projects throughout the upper Midwest including stormwater and floodplain management as well as stream, lake, and wetland restoration projects. MSA serves a variety of state and local municipalities as well as selected private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough background in hydraulics, hydrology, and/or water quality science and will be comfortable working in the regulatory environment.
