Role Overview The Senior Billing Manager is responsible for leading and transforming enterprise-wide billing operations across multiple lines of business, including Depot, Tank Wash, Transportation, and Maintenance, supporting approximately 196 locations. This role operates at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring alignment of billing systems, processes, and financial controls across a complex, multi-entity environment. The position plays a critical role in revenue integrity, process standardization, and scalability, while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and IT. This role retains full ownership of core billing operations while driving enterprise leadership, transformation, and organizational design. Location : This is a hybrid position based out of our Tampa, FL corporate headquarters.
