The Groundskeeper will also be responsible for landscaping tasks, using power equipment and hand tools to maintain the facility’s grounds. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Functions: Perform general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs on the facility’s equipment. Inspect equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues. Maintain buildings, including painting, facility maintenance, and repairs. Evaluate facilities to determine necessary maintenance or repairs.
