The Student Transition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting students as they transition from high school to postsecondary education or the workforce. This position provides comprehensive advising, coaching, and resource coordination to help students define and achieve their academic and career goals. The Student Transition Specialist fosters student success through individualized guidance, group programming, and collaboration with campus and community partners to remove barriers and promote equitable outcomes. Position Summary: - Responsible for providing support and guidance to students as they transition from high school to college or the workforce.
