Job Title Lead Operating Engineer Job Description Summary: The Engineer Lead role provides the opportunity to expand your skills and experience while supporting mission-critical infrastructure operations within a high-availability data center environment. This position combines hands-on technical work with day-to-day leadership responsibilities, supporting facility operations, preventative maintenance, and repair activities for critical building systems. The Engineer Lead works closely with engineering staff, vendors, and site leadership to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power, cooling, and mechanical infrastructure that supports data center operations. This role operates in a 24x365 mission-critical environment and helps ensure that all facility systems are maintained in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. There is a strong emphasis on acquiring operational qualification within six months of training commencement. Advanced level qualification is expected within 3 years.
