- Position Summary - Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position(s) available in Student Orientation - Transition - Start Date - Position available on or after July 1, 2026, and ending on or before June 30, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance. - Job Description/Duties - Duties include but are not limited to: - Assist in planning and coordinating NSO logistics and materials to support the program - Assist in preparation, implementation, and follow-up of orientation and transition programs throughout the academic year (e.g., workshops, presentations, events) - Work with the Orientation Leaders on the concepts, content and presentation formats for orientation breakout sessions. - Support the coordination of program logistics, including reservations, materials, and communication with students and campus partners - Assist with readiness of program materials, schedules and related documents - Help ensure programs are organized and prepared - Assist with maintaining consistency across orientation and transition programming - Assist with training and supporting Orientation Leaders - Serve as a point of contact during progra...
