Position: Maintenance Technician: Location: Dayton Apartment District - Dayton, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $28 to $33/hr plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential HVAC experience & Certified – higher rate for qualified candidates.
