Title: Assistant Coach of Men's Basketball Department Org: Basketball - Men - 105200 Employee Classification: U1 - Unclassified PSA FT Bargaining Unit: Professional Staff Association: Primary Location: MC AD: Shift: 1: Start Time: End Time: Posted Salary: Salary commensurate with experience Job Description: The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with the overall management of the Men’s Basketball program. This position is responsible for assisting the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in all aspects of practice and competition preparation, recruitment of student athletes, and the comprehensive operation of the program with student athlete welfare as a guiding principle. Management of the program must adhere to all budgetary guidelines, as well as NCAA, Mid American Conference (MAC) and University of Toledo policies. This position is expected to help manage a team that is highly competitive within the MAC as well as experiencing competitive success both Regionally and Nationally.
