This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS management, compliance, and employee support. The position serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration: Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR operations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Maintain and audit employee records in HRIS systems Track and manage HR metrics and reporting Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures for core HR processes Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead onboarding logistics (offer letters, background checks, orientation scheduling) Update onboarding templates and state required new hire documents as needed Ensure new hires have a smooth and compliant onboarding experience Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation and state required notices...
