Job description
Who will you be joining? As the Growth Triathlon Team , our primary mission is to accelerate growth in substance across Allianz by expanding our customer base and reducing customer churn. We work hand-in-hand with our Operating Entities (OEs) to identify growth opportunities, co-develop global growth initiatives, share best practice, support the deployment of more than 15 high-impact initiatives, and ensure alignment on one of Allianz SE’s most strategic priorities: long-term, customer-driven growth. We are seeking an intern (m/f/d) to support us in steering the project as a PMO as well as driving our growth initiatives across New Business and Customer Retention supporting one of our Initiative Owners, with a particular focus on cross-selling and cancellation management. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn how growth strategies are developed and deployed in our OEs. Due to the Growth Triathlon’s cross-functional setup, you will get a unique chance to closely collaborate with colleagues from Data, Distribution, Customer Experience and Strategy and assist in driving initiatives that directly influence policy growth and lower customer churn.
