POSITION SUMMARY: As the TRAINING VITAMIN SPECIALIST , you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Additional duties will be promoting company products and services effectively utilizing accumulated, in-depth knowledge of the company and its products. It's a HYBRID schedule after 90 days of training. Requirements: WHAT YOU BRING : MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or GED required - Previous customer service or sales experience a plus but not essential, however candidates definitely need to care about quality, service and helping people - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone with customer calls with emphasis on providing world class customer service - Ability to learn about the value of natural supplementation to better support health and wellness combined with the desire and ability to educate others - Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced structured environment - The ability to comfortably apply consultative sales techniques - Ability to provide strong customer service and problem solving skills and respond to inquiries with t...
