Minimum of three years of the following: maintenance and/or custodial supervisory experience; maintaining commercial facilities buildings and grounds to include minor repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning compounds. Possess State of Florida limited certificate in lawn and ornamental pest control; Must be able to obtain master custodial certification within the first year of employment.
