Job Description: Saab, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a driven and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist, AR. This role is an integral part of the Shared Services Accounting team and is a regular, full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess foundational accounting skills, billing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process monthly, quarterly, and yearly milestone invoices. Bill progress, cost plus, and time and material related contracts. Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure proper funding. Submit invoices to customers and upload invoices to external payment processors. Process intercompany billings. Compensation Range: $21.35 - $25.63 per hour The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
