What you will be doing: Operational Technical Support Engineer The successful Aevi'ator: Operational Technical Support Engineer - Developing understanding of troubleshooting and triaging of hybrid cloud (AWS) infrastructure - Shift schedule covering a 24x7 shift pattern comprising of 2 days followed by 2 nights and 4 days off (this pattern falls over weekends and public holidays) - Providing monitor and alert against critical service architecture - Invoke the incident management process - Develop understanding of the interdependencies of the platfo...
