The Opportunity: As our Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit highly effective educators across an assigned region while developing critical relationships necessary to attract & maintain a robust candidate pool. You will also manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working to ensure candidates and business partners receive an exceptional experience from application through onboarding. LOCATION : This hybrid role provides a blend of remote work and creative, strategic sourcing support, which requires time in the field at school sites and community events. We are only considering candidates living in or within a 45-mile proximity to Charleston, WV.
