About the Position We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder to help us spearhead the planning and execution of a range of campus recruiting initiatives to attract outstanding interns and full-time employees across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating productive relationships with universities and student organizations, enthusiastically engage potential candidates, and think critically about our strategy to build this talent pipeline. This role sits on our Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives (ECPI) team, which is part of our broader global Campus Recruiting team. Our ECPI team is a highly supportive, collaborative and inventive group that spans our New York, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong offices. The ECPI team owns a wide range of work — building and maintaining partnerships across academic levels and fields, planning and attending recruiting events, responding to immediate hiring priorities, and developing new initiatives from the ground up.
