Become a part of our caring community We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Operations Lead to develop clinical solutions for our members and providers, with accountability from strategy to execution. Location: remote anywhere in the US The Strategy & Operations Lead will work across clinical initiatives focused on improving outcomes for members with chronic conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), hypertension, and diabetes. The Strategy & Operations Lead will work on diverse and complex problems by bringing their own contributions together with other key stakeholders from across the enterprise and leading end-to-end strategy development and operationalization for top priorities. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Best Practice Identification and Translation: Engage with high-performing and low-performing provider groups to understand clinical workflows and operational drivers that contribute to better chronic condition management. Translate insights into best practices and operational playbooks.
