The role will lead the product compliance engineering operations with multiple business stakeholders to ensure the product compliance for global marker access. Key Responsibilities: - Global Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement a product lifecycle compliance roadmap to ensure that products comply with EMC (FCC/CE), Safety (IEC 62368-1), Telecom (RF/5G) , energy efficiency standards, and Cybersecurity from the development stage. - Team Leadership and Talent Development: Manage, coach, and develop a team of multi-national compliance engineers to ensure projects achieve organizational goals and motivate the team to pursue excellence in a fast-paced environment. - Strategical development to establish a complianc...
