Job Description: In order to support our diverse team, Airbus Aerostructures (ASA) is looking for an IT Solution Architect for Identity and Access Management (d/f/m). You will join our international and dedicated team to provide Digital Workplace (DW) solutions to around 19.000 customers. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will manage and steer external suppliers across both the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Digital Workplace (DW) domains. You will define, monitor, and enforce critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational stability. You will take ownership of end-to-end Contract Management including lifecycle tracking, cost optimization for software and external operational support.
