Therefore, the People Experience department is providing an internship position for a talented Learning & Development passionate in our TSH Academy (Learning & Development team) from September 2026 for 5 to 12 months. Your mission should you choose to accept it… As an L&D Intern, you will be part of the TSH Academy team whose mission is to support the growth and development of all TSH employees. We are working on exciting projects where you have the opportunity to support in the set up and evaluation of training initiatives, as well as assist with the design to improve the effectiveness of existing trainings. You will work directly with the Training Specialists to help drive impactful learning experiences, support program coordination, and collaborate on new projects that help reach our organizational goals.
