Overview Avaya UC Infrastructure Engineer (2026-24845-F): Bowhead seeks an experienced Avaya UC Infrastructure Engineer to support Base Telecommunications System operations at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The Avaya UC Infrastructure Engineer will provide technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Avaya switching systems and associated telecommunications infrastructure supporting mission-critical voice services. This position serves as a key technical resource responsible for maintaining switching systems and supporting telecommunications operations in accordance with contract requirements.
