We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in North Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of a Multi skilled operative , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £17.40 - £23.98 per hour Summary: An opportunity has arisen for experienced Multiskilled Operatives to deliver a high-pressure reactive repairs service within occupied social housing properties across Northamptonshire. This role requires qualified and proven trades professionals with strong multiskilled experience across a range of repairs and maintenance disciplines. The successful candidates will work within a fast-paced reactive environment covering over 8,000 properties and garages, supporting responsive repairs, emergency callouts, and void property works.
