This position is 100% in office What you will do: The job function covers all operational aspects of the facility, they will manage all quality efforts relating to assembly areas in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with specified business requirements. - The Plant Quality Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities required to direct and control the organization’s activities impacting quality as delivered to our customers for the JCI Hattiesburg, MS AHU manufacturing facility. - They are responsible for the Quality Management System in the facility and will continuously monitor/improve the system. How you will do it: - Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization by maintaining a constant awareness of the customer’s perspective from a QA standpoint, this includes collecting and analyzing performance data against defined parameters. - Develops and implements plans for overall defect-reduction programs, monitors their effectiveness and implements appropriate adjustments. - Brings together staff of different disciplines and leads the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures, including APQP concepts....
