As the Foreman/ Foreman Apprentice on bathroom remodeling projects, you will work on and supervise bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. The Foreman coordinates with the help of the PM all aspects of the project overseeing the installation timelines, and ensuring the project is completed on time and efficiently to create an exceptional and enjoyable experience for our clients. You will be the main “Tunifier” on the job site. Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate timely delivery of project materials. - Be respectful of the client’s house, be the first one to reach and the last to leave. - Review installation details and coordinate project timeline with partners and installers. - Ensure that proper protection is laid on the ground and that the premises are always in clean condition. - Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and follow all the directions provided by the office and the client. - Responsible for the demolition of the existing tiles and removal of all debris to the dump. -...
