PSU takes administrative action against healthcare practitioners for violations of the licensee’s practice act. The incumbent in this position provides administrative legal support to two or more attorneys. While the incumbent’s responsibilities will include routine matters, a substantial portion of the incumbent’s time will involve the exercise of independent judgment, time management, and initiative in the completion of a variety tasks and preparation and finalization of work product under the oversight of assigned attorneys.
