Platform Configuration & QA Specialist We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Platform Configuration & QA Specialist to support the build and configuration of Isio’s flexible benefits platform. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the flexible benefits technology industry, who enjoys solving complex problems, enhancing system functionality, delighting Clients and delivering a seamless employee experience. What does the role entail?: Platform Build, Configuration & Quality Assurance Configure and maintain Client benefits platforms, including eligibility rules, benefit calculations, rates, interfaces, reports and communication settings. Support annual cycle activities such as scheme updates, renewals, and enrolment window configuration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and benefit providers to ensure accurate setup and data flows. Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to configure and maintain content pages, forms, and user journeys where required.
