What Drives Success: Under direct supervision, perform general preventative maintenance and simple repairs on manufacturing machines and mechanical equipment. Performs basic maintenance service and repairs. Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Assists in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
