About the role: The Data & Quality Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, and reporting of service delivery and impact data , ensuring reliable, timely and accessible data to support internal decision making, dashboards, and external reporting requirements. Reporting to the Director, Social Impact & Strategic Projects , you will ensure the quality, accuracy and accessibility of all service-related data to inform and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and understanding of the evolving trends within our service delivery.
