Job Summary We are looking for a talented RMTC Product Support Team Leader for our location in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and hands‑on problem‑solving support for complex engine systems within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will apply a broad range of engineering competencies—spanning mechanical design, systems understanding, and technical troubleshooting—to resolve issues across engine components and ensure production continuity. The position requires strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling, along with familiarity in navigating the complex bill‑of‑materials structure for internal combustion engines and the systems Cummins uses to manage this data, including Windchill and IMS.
