Job DetailsJob Location: LSB-Bloomington - Bloomington, IL 61701Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.50 - $24.50 HourlyTravel Percentage: Road WarriorJob Shift: DayThis position is accountable for spot sales, delivery and merchandising of all products on various routes on a fillin basis. This position requires some experience and a Class A CDL. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns. - Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle. - Maintain a clean driving record. - Adhere to all DOT regulations. - Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities. - Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary. - Will participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Team Leader to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field. - Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.
