The Opportunity: As the Community Engagement Lead (CEL) for The Omega Society, you are the face of the business across Orange County and surrounding Southern California communities. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role for someone who thrives on being out in the community — building trust, creating partnerships, and making meaningful connections. The Omega Society is a long-standing Orange County cremation provider focused on simple and affordable services delivered with compassion and care. In this role, you will build and grow a portfolio of community relationships, helping families navigate end-of-life planning while supporting sustainable growth for The Omega Society.
