Your main responsibilities: Managing and developing long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of high-value partners (Top Sellers) from China. Manage and execute GMV and activation targets within the portfolio ensuring regular target delivery. Analyzing partners' performance data to propose optimization strategies, up-sell tools (e.g., Advertisement, logistics), and increase their GMV. Acting as the main point of contact for solving complex operational issues and ensuring seller satisfaction. Implementing strategies to prevent churn and ensure high loyalty among key partners. Actively source products to campaigns and run dedicated operational sprints (e.g., logistics saturation). Share knowledge and support team goals, actively contributing to a positive team dynamic.
