The selected candidate will play a key role in handling incidents, service requests, and application support activities , participating in shift and on-call rotations . The role also includes contribution to service improvement initiatives and active participation in the bank’s Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and Live Play activities . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of core banking operations , solid troubleshooting skills , and experience in L1/L2 application support , combined with hands-on expertise in modern infrastructure and automation technologies.
