Description Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities, duties, and responsibilities of the Residential Advisors on assigned shift and ensuring compliance with PRH requirements for the Residential Department. Duties/Responsibilities: - Directs and plans for the Social Development Department’s needs. Manages the activities of residential living to ensure that students needs are met. - Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to Center Management, including Social Development Director, Deputy Center Director, Center Director, and weekend Duty Officer. - Ensures orderly and clean-living conditions are maintained in dormitories, while promoting self-discipline and an awareness of others by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring staff and student behavior according to the Career Success Standards. - Assists students in handling special problems and conducts dormitory meetings, including collaboration with other departments when necessary to ensure that student issues and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. - Attends required staff training sessions. - Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance to students in the event of injury, illnes...
