Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in managing technical projects. - 8 years of experience in infrastructure. - 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports. Preferred qualifications: - Experience delivering infrastructure projects on accelerated timelines with an ability to analyze technical details in-depth. - Track record of successfully leading and delivering programs that resulted in significant, measurable improvements in velocity, efficiency, or quality. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority across executive levels, and drive organizational change in a changing environment. - Ability to build program teams, manage cross-organizational stakeholders, and retain their trust through pivots. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences and build compelling narratives.
