Job description

CARE is seeking a strategic and operationally excellent talent acquisition professional to serve as our Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for leading the execution of CARE's talent acquisition strategy for country office, regional, and international positions, attracting diverse, mission-driven professionals across CARE's global footprint. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the Senior Director, Talent Management & Culture, HR Business Partners, and country office People & Culture teams to ensure that talent acquisition efforts are globally consistent, locally relevant, and aligned with workforce planning priorities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment leadership, directly managing a team of two recruiters while personally managing senior-level and hard-to-fill country office and regional searches. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in international talent acquisition, including knowledge of regional and country-level labor markets across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, and a demonstrated commitment to CARE's mission and culture in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
