Job Summary: The Digital Associate I is responsible for safe and accurate operation of Digital Presses and finishing equipment. This position utilizes various programs and equipment, both proprietary and third party, to deliver quality products. The Digital Associate I will work to ensure all jobs on the daily schedule are produced based on mPulse (COS) specifications. This position is a security role and will be given access to mPulse’s System and network and thus is responsible for ensuring proprietary and PHI information remain protected in digital and hardcopy form. The Digital Associate I will report to the Digital Manager. Essential Functions: - Reads and understands PACE job tickets and/or special instructions. - Performs all necessary quality control (QC) inspections on each job based on the guidelines communicated and posted in the department. - References COS reference guide and Digital Manager on how to correctly stage paper. - Moves, loads, and unloads paper rolls (Teslin) to Pressroom/on Presses as needed. - Moves wastepaper rolls (Teslin) to paper compactor machine. - Empties paper bag waste on compactor machine. - Cleans the compactor area after disposing materials....
