Strength and Conditioning Intern/Graduate Assistant

Description Assists the Director with the daily operations of the strength and conditioning program at Millikin University. Working directly with coaches and student-athletes to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and promote a welcoming and championship culture. This position will report to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director of Sports Medicine. This internship is designed as a 10-month experience from August 1 to May 31. The appointment is for one year, with a possible one-year renewal. Candidate must be enrolled in Millikin University’s MBA Program to be considered for the Graduate Assistant route. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Reporting to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach) include, but are not limited to, the following: 8.
