Job Description: Legal Counsel Location : HYBRID from Kansas City, MO | New York City, NY | Boston, MA | Windsor, CT | Chicago, IL | Remote from Birmingham, AL Get To Know The Team: As Legal Counsel you will work with key managers, sales and other personnel in the SS&C businesses to review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor contracts. You will also work with IT, audit and regulatory compliance personnel on an as-needed basis. This role will support the SS&C Health Solutions and SS&C Pharmacy Solutions businesses and their sales, compliance, and management teams with a focus on revenue generating contracts and initiatives for these business units.
